    • Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university, with min 3 years of experience, preferably working experience in Aviation maintenance/operation and handling Project Management.
    • Age min 26 years old.
    • Have a strong planning & organizing skills, structured thinking, and detail oriented.
    • Have a strong analytical thinking to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. S/He must be able to analyze data and make prompt decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
    • Have a good communication skills, and eager to initiate actions in following up proper information due to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Written & oral English fluency
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Optimize training resources (instructors, simulators, partial time workers, training means and equipments).
    • Link with Central ATO (Training means and rationalization of resources).
    • Manage instructors affectations during their standardization phase.
    • Follow-up and manage instructors competences to keep it up to date.
    • Follow-up and manage instructors and trainees’ folders.
    • Elaborate the monthly simulators schedule.
    • Manage the conflict in MyTeam depending on instructors and equipment availability.
    • Ensure a fair treatment of all Lion Group airlines regarding the booking of the equipment (simulators slot, classrooms, APT…).
    • Support the Head of Training, the Head of Standardization and the CFI in their tasks.
    • Dispense course for instructors such as APIC Core Course.
    • Act as instructor for theoretical course such as systems 320, Human Factors, Crew Resource Management.
    • Assist the Business Operations & Course Manager when required.
