    Multi-outlet company focusing on real estate and Food and Beverage industry is looking forward to hire Restaurant Manager for the opening of 3 new concepts, located in Canggu, Bali.

    General mission
    -   Controls and directs the floor operation of Service, Bar & Front Office, to ensure all efforts are directed towards guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and a profitable F&B operation in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
    -   Under the general guidance of the Food&Beverage Manager and Executive Chief, in the implementation of the Standard Policies and Procedures of the F& B Service Operation and administration.
    General Responsibilities:
    -        Work closely with all supervicor  (service, bar & FO) and give support to manage each department 
    -        Perform duties assigned by Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chief
    -        Monitoring service, bar & front office and general operations
    -        Create SOP’s and set new standards to improve service quality and increase revenue
    -        In charge of POS, managing produt, stock, customer loyality and floor plan
    -        Training staff for the POS 
    -        Managing and validation of the shecdule, for the staf (control hour of working, day off and sick days) 
    -        Assist with suppliers
    -        Analysing Tripadvisor reviews and answering trip advisor comments 
    -        Attends meeting to report operations for F&B team
    -        Planning for upcoming events and projects
    -        Give suggestions and valuable information regarding beverage menu updates
    -        Regularly interact with guest to ensure satisfaction
    -        Checking all areas to ensure quality and speed of service
    -        Handle guest’s inquiries/ complaints at best for both parties
    Operational responsibilities:
    -        Double checking that opening/closing checklist has been followed accurately
    -        Checking the venue based on, cleanliness, lights, music & fans etc and record any issue to related department head
    -        Monitoring housekeeping during all set ups to ensure cleanliness
    -        Ensuring proper procedure and sign for void/entertainment form on daily basis
    Staff responsibilities:
    -       Supervise all training schedules and attend a minimum of 1 per week for each department (Service, Bar and Kitchen)
    -       Give clear directions to supervisor  and monitor they are followed accurately
    -       Consult and advise Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chief regarding manpower levels
    -        Arranging management schedule for F&B
    -        Approving daily briefing sheets for each department (Service, Bar & Kitchen)
    -        Conducting interviews 
    Equipment and inventory:
    -        Monitoring refurbishment with F&B Manager
    -        Monitoring and supervising inventory for equipment as well as stock
