AEON Credit Service Indonesia is the subsidiary of AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd., a leading multinational finance company in Asian region, which provides financial services including but not limited to financial service, consumer finance, credit card. The parent Company and its subsidiaries listed at respective stock exchange in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.
    In Indonesia, we established since 2006. Currently we just started to operate credit card business in August 2013.

    • Direct all operational aspects including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and collection.
    • Meet sales target and other Branch’s goals.
    • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales.
    • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
    • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
    • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
    • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
    • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
    • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ applicable laws.
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • Having attention to detail and Mathematic skill
    • Having knowledge about Credit Processing, Sales and Collection.
    • Strong leadership, good analytical, evaluation, and problem solving skills.
    • Required language(s): English
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Marketing, Communication
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking / Financial / Retail Services or equivalent.
