    Job Description:
     
    • Serve as the first point of contact to the Customer Service Centre and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
    • Monitor payment transaction and provide accuracy of balancing equation including Win/Loss report.
    • Take ownership and responsibility for all inquiries presented to the Customer Service Centre, identify customer needs, and utilizing appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions based on the investigation.
    • Create and ensure accuracy of daily, weekly or monthly operation report.
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of operation department, services, policies and procedures in relation to the role.
    • Provide support and assistance to colleagues within the team through training, coaching and adopting good team ethics.
     
    Requirements:
    • Indo Nationality or able to speak fluently in Bahasa Indonesia (Prefer typing Bahasa and English)
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Holder or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Must be able to work shifting schedule.
    • With or without experience in customer service or industry.
    • Knowledgeable with the operation of Call Center process and services.
    • Able to handle work pressure, fast pace, able to handle demanding customers and bright ideas on problem solving for customers.
