    Job Description
    • Create shifting schedule based on forecase FTE needs,
    • Floor monitoring (follow up case, escalation complaint, etc)
    • Activity reporting - KPI achievement, absentee, etc,
    • Feedback & coaching
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Communication, Customer Service, Leadership, Team Management, Reporting
    • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
