    • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other channels
    • Conduct effective and efficient recruitment process, to ensure the speed and accuracy of the recruitment process.
    • Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
    • Effectively manage relationships with agencies
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to the development of the recruitment process to the Recruitment Manager
    • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
    • Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
    • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
    • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
    • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
    • Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
    • Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
    • Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably form Psychology
    • Proven work 3-4 experience as a Recruiter and Training
    • Sales background experience is welcome
    • Max 30 years old
    • Good command of interview techniques and knowledge
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Have a good ability in operating computers, especially Microsoft Office programs
    • Have good skills in data administration settings.
    • Look attractive, have good communication skills, and dynamic
    • Good command in English (both written and oral)
    • Good initiative and able to work in team or individual
    • Dynamic and target driven person
