    What is your mission?
    As a Telco Product Trainer, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. The profile will be the primary point of contact for Digital Marketing’s telco partner’s sales representatives and will provide sales support, coaching to develop and secure business opportunities and training on Cloud products. The profile also will be responsible for providing, marketing and event management services in connection with the Regional Partner Management activities and will work closely with the telco partner in the Philippines providing logistical support for up to 10 events run each year by the Cloud platform.
     
    You are also required to perform these job functions:
    Sales Support:
    ● Lead demand generation activities in order to help the partner create pipeline around Cloud products.
    ● Coordinate, engage and work along with partner sales teams in order to move forward existing opportunities till their closure.
    ● Track and manage the ongoing pipeline for each partner in order to meet the determined quarterly goals.
    ● Coordinate with local Digital Marketing Sales teams the required support for open Pipeline opportunities. Weekly meeting with local teams at Digital Marketing Client’s office.
    Training:
    ● Coordinate, set-up and deliver detailed trainings at the partners’ premises at various locations within the selected territory (this will require travel).
    ● Prepare training materials in collaboration with the partner engineer for these sessions.
    ● Follow up with the teams after trainings to update them on new functionality that might be rolled out and resolve any issues or questions regarding Cloud Products.
    Marketing and Event support:
    ● Make all arrangements relating to securing the venue, catering, security and admission to the Events.
    ● Follow Digital Marketing Client’s instructions regarding all correspondence for the Events; including arranging and coordinating the creation and sending of invites, confirmations, reminders, and post-event correspondence to attendees. Contractor will ensure that attendee information is uploaded to Salesforce.
    ● Support Digital Marketing Client’s teclo partners in business development activities, including activities related to Digital Marketing Client’s Teclo partner’s customers and prospective customers during and following events.
    ● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
     
    Who are we looking for?
    • Min. bachelor’s degree (any field)
    • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
    • Email and CR review and optimization, Newsletter creation
    • Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax.
    • Self-started, Ability to operate in high pressure situations
    • Organizational and time-management skills, Decision-making skills, Highly organized
    • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment Analytical skills and a logical mindset
    • At least 2 years of experience
