    We are looking for an EXPERIENCED HR & GA SUPERVISOR to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. You should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
    Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
     
    RECRUITMENT
    • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
    • Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources (e.g. databases, networking, job Ad, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals, etc)
    • Review and select qualified job applicants whose match with job requirements and refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
    • Assist the interviewer and Inform job applicants of details (e.g. duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities, etc)
    • Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
    • Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
    • Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
    • Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
    EMPLOYMENT
    • Conduct verifications of employment.
    • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
    • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events (e.g. hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, etc) using system software.
    • Address employee relations issues (e.g. harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns, etc)
    • Prepare and update human resources documents (e.g. organizational charts, salary structure, job description, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation form, etc)
    • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
    • Provide and advise management on organizing, preparing, implementing or training related to interviewing, recruiting or retention programs, performance appraisals, testing techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
    PAYROLL
    • Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
    • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
    • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
    • Record employee information (e.g. exemptions, transfers, and resignations, etc) to maintain and update payroll records.
    • Keep track of leave time (e.g. vacation, personal, and sick leave, etc) for employees.
    • Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits (e.g. pension plans, unemployment, health and social insurance).
    • Prepare and balance ports, and reconcile issued payroll period-end res to bank statements.
    GA
    • Perform, record, prepare and maintain the company licensing and assets (e.g. Business, vehicle, equipment, building, advertising, etc).
    • Support all office operational activities, administration and documentation (e.g. F&B and office supplies, cleaning and security, etc).
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
    • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
    • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good problem-solving abilities
    • Team management skills
    • BSc in Human Resources or relevant field
