    The requirements:
    • Graduates with degrees in computer science/engineering.
    • Basic Knowledge of Accounting is highly preferable.
    • Basic Knowledge of Networking, pc troubleshooting and installation issues is highly preferable.
    • Familiarity with Windows Operating System Server 2012 / 2014, Windows 7 and Microsoft SQL Server is highly preferable.
    • Experience in Crystal Report is highly preferable.
    • Good communication skills, verbal and written in Indonesian and English.
    • Logical thinking.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Willing to work under pressure and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
    The responsibilities:
    • Assist in configuring and installing and supporting product suites and associated interfaces when required.
    • Work with customers to ensure that the contractual service expectations are exceeded.
    • Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls.
    • Work with the developers to ensure support service level requirements are exceeded.
    • Provide Pre-Sales support to local and regional partners.
    • Provide end user training.
    • Liaise with subject matter experts in the regional office on client requests for product enhancement.
    • Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures..
    • Ensure familiarity with new releases as they become available.
    • Duties may include travel and weekend work.
    • Will be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
