- Plan, nurture, and approach prospect leads and future clients in selected industries
- Work with customer to identify their training needs, and plan the training program module required with the prospect
- Prepared offering proposal to be presented to prospective clients
- Lead the negotiation process related to the offering
- Follow up with the client related to the offering
- Work with training operation and the client to ensure smooth training program delivery
- Maintaining a relationship with the clients and work to get referrals
- Meet and exceed sales target goals
- Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min. 5 years of marketing and sales experience
- Experienced in Learning & Consulting industry is a must
- Must have good communication, analytical, presentation, & relationship building skills
- Strong business acumen
